OOS International B.V., announced that it officially successfully secured a 10-month 250 Pax DPII time charter contract plus options for the Halani Group, chartering the vessel Halani 1 to Acergy-/Exxon. The vessel will be operated by the Halani Group and will work offshore Angola .

OOS International B.V. OOS International B.V. announced that Graham Mapes (58) has been appointed as Managing Director of OOS International B.V. A Scot by birth, he relocated to the Netherlands with his Dutch wife Carla in 1988.
Graham is a qualified mechanical engineer and has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1977 with companies such as Flopetrol – Schlumberger, Bluewater Group, Workfox, Fabricom Oil and Gas and most recently Offshore Solutions B.V. He started his career as a wireline/well tester, moving into state of the art FPSO's, then accommodation/well support jackups and finally the development of the world's first telescopic heave compensated gangway. A pioneer and optimist by nature, Graham's strengths lie in starting up projects and new ventures. Bringing with him such a wealth of practical and managerial experience, he is greatly looking forward to leading OOS International and with his team developing the company into a force to be recognised in the Offshore Accommodation market.

Successfully we have established OOS-International Inc. under Reg.No 801032902 Austin Texas. Houston office has opened its doors to provide onsite support within the region of The Gulf of Mexico. Our Houston office is located at 40 FM 1960 West Suite 310 Houston TX 77090.

Douala and Limbe Cameroon offices will support the West African Region in particular Nigeria, Angola, Gabon and Cameroon.
Local content has been established in Cameroon and Nigeria.
Full scale crewing and STCW 95 safety training can be provided from these affiliates.
